About
Life is like a camera, just focus on what’s important and capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if things don’t work out, just take another shot.
I first became interested in photography in 2001 after buying my first digital camera. I’ve had a few cameras since then and now work with a digital SLR.
Photography has allowed me to explore my love for and to connect with nature and the natural world. I am lucky living in Bristol that there are so many areas of natural beauty on my doorstep.
An ad for a Canon digital SLR camera a few years back has the question: “Can a machine capture emotion?”. This struck a chord in me as I always try to capture and convey the beauty and emotion of an image to the viewer. I love that a photograph can evoke deep sentiment unique to each person, interpreted by their individual experiences and life stories.
I have refined my photography over the years and am now moving into portraitures and experimental art.
I have recently taken my photography to a professional level and this website is the starting point for showcasing my work.
